If you’re over 35 and feeling tired, gaining weight, losing motivation, struggling in the gym, or noticing changes in your libido—you’re not crazy. You’re not weak. And you’re definitely not alone.
I felt it too.
What many people experience during this stage of life is measurable hormonal and cellular decline that often goes unaddressed. But here’s the problem: the traditional medical system is largely designed to respond to disease—not to proactively support optimization and early functional decline.
The truth? That’s not your fault.
I believe aging doesn’t have to mean inevitable decline. You don’t have to accept low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, or changes in sexual health as “just part of getting older.”
These are all signals—ones that can be evaluated and monitored. More importantly they can be addressed through a physician-guided approach that supports the body’s functions.
Tyson Fury Boxing Heavyweight Champion & Dr. Nick Sadeghi
I’m Dr. Nick Sadeghi. When I turned 40, things started to shift. My energy wasn’t the same. My workouts felt harder. Injuries lingered. Recovery slowed.
I still had the drive to train, to stay sharp, to push myself—but my body wasn’t keeping up. That’s when the frustration set in.
I was doing everything “right,” yet things weren’t working the way they used to—and within the traditional medical system, there were few answers focused on prevention, optimization, or performance.
I didn’t feel like myself.
If you’re reading this and nodding your head—I get it. I’ve been there.
Along the way, I learned something important:
People don’t just need more medicine. They need a more honest conversation about how aging, hormones, and physiology actually change over time.
They need to know it’s not a personal failure.
They need to know the system isn’t designed for this kind of care.
And they need to know there is another option.
I am a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. I trained at top institutions—college at Tufts University, medical school at UMDNJ, and residency at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Several years ago, I made a significant shift in my career and entered the field of sports medicine, working with high-level athletes whose performance, recovery, and longevity directly affected their careers.
During that time, I began to recognize a gap. Despite my training and experience, the traditional medical system offered limited tools when it came to optimizing recovery, addressing chronic issues, and supporting long-term performance. It was the same issues I had experienced myself.
That wasn’t good enough for my patients—and it wasn’t good enough for me. I had to approach it from a new angle.
So I began expanding my medical education beyond conventional training, exploring areas that receive little emphasis in traditional medical education: regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, peptide-based therapies, and cellular health. What I found was an entire category of science-backed, physiology-based approaches focused on function, recovery, and optimization—approaches that are underutilized in traditional practice.
And I didn’t just learn it – I lived it. I became my own patient.
One of my most challenging issues was a chronic tendon injury that limited my function for years. Conservative treatments like rest, rehab and steroid injections provided little relief. Eventually, I found a little known minimally invasive procedure called Tenex, designed to remove damaged tissue and support the body’s natural repair process.
The outcome was significant. My symptoms improved, my function returned, and for the first time in years, I was pain free!
That experience changed everything — I now had a pathway forward to change the way I practice medicine.

I realized that if I could meaningfully improve my own health—after years of reaching the limits of traditional medicine — then there was an opportunity to build a different path for others. One that combined modern medical science with a proactive, personalized approach to health.
I started Sadeghi Medical for people who were feeling what I had felt—those who still had the drive, motivation, and desire, but needed a new way forward. I built this practice to bring together everything I had learned into a single, cohesive model of care. It’s the kind of medicine I wish had been available when I needed help.
To give structure to it all, I developed The Longevity Code—a framework that integrates the tools and strategies I use into a customized plan for each patient. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s a blueprint built around your goals, clinical data, symptoms, and timeline. And it makes the treatments accessible, convenient, and adaptable as your needs evolve.
It’s okay to still want more—more energy, more clarity, more performance, and a better quality of life.
Sadeghi Medical isn’t just another clinic. It’s a physician-led practice designed for individuals who want a more thoughtful, proactive approach to their health—whether they’re high performers, health-focused, or simply unwilling to accept decline as inevitable.
My goal is to change the practice of medicine by emphasizing proactive care rather than reactive treatment, focus on results over rushed visits, and committed to providing these treatments without inflated medical costs.
There is a more intentional way to approach health and aging—one built on real guidance, personalized care, and access to the tools you need to support your vitality. That’s the power of working with a doctor who has lived the experience, built the system, and designed it entirely for you.
Let’s explore what’s possible—together.

I saw a video on Instagram and Dr. Sadeghi was talking about bio-optimization. I’ve never heard that before so I reached out and learned more about what Sadeghi Medical was doing. It was a lot of cutting edge treatments that I knew little about. One thing that stood out was that Dr. Sadeghi gave me the time. I told him my health goals. I’m healthy but always so tired, I eat okay and don’t sleep a lot and I’ve tried everything for it. He then spent 30 minutes explaining different treatments he can do and what that would look like. I just finished my first treatment and I’m so happy I found Sadeghi Medical! Definitely a once a month tune up I won’t miss. I feel great!
Dr Sadeghi made me feel at ease from the moment he walked in the exam room . He listened intently and patiently answered all my questions . The procedure I had was painless and helped tremendously with my joint pain. he is also helping me balance my hormones and increasing my cellular energy . I’ve been to many physicians over the last 30 years and find him to be exceptional. I recommend him without reservation!!
Dr. Sadeghi was so patient and helpful when my husband was experiencing a slew of symptoms that made it difficult to pinpoint the root cause of his issues. He sat down and listened, intently, to every detail and dramatic telling of what had been happening. I have met few, if any, doctors that aren’t trying to rush me out of their office to get to the next person. It was refreshing to meet with a doctor that made you feel like he really cared and wanted to provide the RIGHT solution, not just a quick fix. Thank you, Doc!!
WOW, what an amazing doctor! There aren’t enough stars on this review to give because he should receive more than just 5 stars! I’m so grateful to have him now as my concierge doctor. He’s extremely knowledgeable & super patient with my long-winded questions. Dr. Nick takes the time to listen to me, understand my needs, educate me on medication & discuss the pros and cons. Visits with him aren’t the typical cold & short visit you get from your insurance-approved doctor, who barely spends 5 mins. with you & walks out the door; leaving you feeling frustrated with unanswered questions because you’re just a number. You WILL NOT have these frustrating feelings if you make Dr. Nick your concierge doctor. He makes you his priority & is very thorough in his consults. One of the many perks of having Dr. Nick as my concierge doc is that he can be reached on his cell. I don’t go through an answering service & can be seen ASAP. Thank you for always taking the best care of me
